Challenge
The client needed the services of an experienced team of IT professional covering an entire gamut of activities. The majority of requirements was related to improved data analytics and formulating KPIs and better monitoring of critical data. Given the nature of operations, the client must have a close monitoring system using customised dashboards.
Solution
The Actinolix team developed stack designs for Websphere along with automation targets using BuildForge & RAFW for the software stack. Customisable dashboards were created with the significant KPIs being jointly discussed and finalised. Notifications and alerts were also customised according to the business requirements.
Result
The project helped the senior management to monitor the KPI-based dashboard and take necessary steps to prevent any major incident from happening. It also enabled them to have an overview of the happenings of the business periodically.
