Challenge

The incumbent process was manual, and the client faced difficulties in handling the business-critical documents. Also, the documents were of different types and were scattered all around the organisation in various forms. There were too many stakeholders who had to be drawn into the project.

SPP

Solution

The Actinolix team has faced similar issues in earlier projects and had drawn up a list of activities to be performed at the initiation of the project. It includes the best practices to collate the documents in its various forms across the organisation. The team implemented the Enterprise Content Management Software along with the configuration of the WebSphere Process Server for high availability.

SPP

Result

The project was completed within the scheduled time with clearly drawn out knowledge transfer, including comprehensive training and workshops to the client. The deployment helped the client to improve workforce productivity by 20% within the first quarter.

Our employees were stuck with the sheer volume of documentation that was scattered in its various forms. We were looking for a cost-effective solution to this organisation-wide problem when we came across Actinolix. We finalised on the schedule and got going, and the entire project was a cakewalk. The complete documentation is collated at one place, improving productivity and making business decisions are easier.
